As you describe what Caroline D. is about to discuss, instead of just having her name and title on the screen for the full time, can you dot point each topic she will cover as you say it in prep for her clip (e.g., elicit, collect and share patient stories, provide forum for patients to share stories for discussion, etc.)? Or, perhaps doing this right after she speaks could work as a summary of her contribution. Also consider doing this prior to or after Kim speaks as well, for example, dot point “Leverage Existing Opportunities” and “Create Structures”, “Build Transparency”, “Build Excitement with Leadership” “Build Community with Volunteer Partners”, “PFAC for Med School” etc. Overall section 2 seems a little thin in comparison to other sections and it might be a section of great interest as people consider “starting a program”. Reiterating/fleshing out a bit more what the speakers are talking about, perhaps via some simple graphics (e.g., The umbrella of Patient Family Engagement Medical Education Program that existing programs now come under referred to by Kim) would add to this I think. Lastly, equalize the volume level on this module as well between the narrator and guest speakers.
The two videos are very well done. The speakers are easy to understand. I agree that adding one slide for each presenter with a bulleted list of their key points would help emphasize their themes.
