This is designed to be a visual presentation. I wonder if busy medical staff would value an audio format that they could listen to as they commute and then review slides/ resources once they are at their desk?
I think those of us who do this work will want to reach out to the pros for help! The IPFCC listserve and contact information for individuals with current programs would be really helpful for times when we get stuck or have questions.
Both Kim and Molly make good points about the importance of building the structure of the family faculty program so that its continuance and success does not rely on a single individual. I liked Caroline’s comment about how rewarding the program can be to the family educator.
